If you have a complaint you must put it in writing setting out the reasons for the complaint and send it to your club chair.
Your club will respond in writing to you within a reasonable time and the response may contain further steps to action the complaint and resolve it for you and the club.
If you and your club cannot resolve the complaint you can take it to your County discipline representative by setting out in writing the reasons for wanting to raise it further. The details of your representative will be given to you by your club.

If you’re complaint is still not resolved to your satisfaction then you can write to the County Chair setting out the reasons why you are not satisfied with the responses given to you by your club and your County discipline representative.
The County Chair will review the complaint with all parties and reply to you within a reasonable time.
The decision of the Chair to uphold or dismiss the complaint is final.
