Information on clubs
Sussex Gymnastics holds data on all member clubs. This is the data provided by the clubs when they registered.
Sussex Gymnastics is aware many clubs are run from private addresses, and such contact details should not be made publicly available.
Sussex gymnastics will use the data collected for the following purposes
- show club's public information on the gym-sussex website
- communicate with clubs
Sussex Gymnastics will
- not pass this data on to any third party
- delete this data if a club decides to leave Sussex Gymnastics
- correct inaccurate information about a club when a club informs us of an error
Information on Committee members
Sussex gymnastics will not release any contact details of its committee members other than those displayed on the gym-sussex web-site.
