- Signed Power of Attorney is needed to change the administrator of SumUp to me and add Sally-Anne (I will bring the necessary)
- Bank Mandate will need to be signed by two existing signatories to remove Keith. One can be me, but need to see if Emma or Sally-Anne will be the other
- The Skipton account is still open and Keith and Sally-Anne are the administrators. We agreed to close this account and transfer the savings into the HSBC account so that I can manage all the accounts at the last meeting. Keith told me he had contacted Sally-Anne but she hadn't replied as they will both need to do it.
*Sally-Anne hasn’t had much luck with the banking - needs to meet up to sort it out*

From Sally- Anne After asking for over my funding amount for this financial year for coaching course I was wondering if we could re visit the amount to offer for courses , think this would need to be a point on the agenda at the next AGM !
