The Annual General Meeting for Sussex Gymnastics will be held on Wednesday, 11 May, at K2 Leisure Centre, Crawley starting at 8:30pm.
All affiliated clubs should make the effort to send a representative to this meeting. The last two years have been difficult for everyone involved in this sport. Sussex Gymnastics must now re-build which will require the help and support of all its member clubs.
Sussex Gymnastics constitution
The evening will start with an general meeting to adopt a new constitution.
The changes were made to clarify that the sport's national governing is currently British Gymnastics, and we will only accept clubs who are affiliated to BG.
Please let us know of any objections to the proposed constitution before 28 March so we can make further alterations if necessary.

You will notice many people occupy 2 roles. We really need more people to get involved to spread the load. In particular, the 2 roles marked as "acting" will be vacated at the AGM. Someone needs to step in to these positions.

Sussex Affiliations
Club affiliation to SUSSEX GYMNASTICS is due on 1st April every year. Clubs must be affiliated to the County if they wish their gymnasts to participate in any County competition or other County organised activity.
Please ensure you have affiliated and completed payment as soon as possible.
