1. Minutes of the last meeting

The minutes from the last meeting were reviewed - no one had any questions regarding these.

Making lots of money from comps

Spending money on training and dev - coaches and gymnasts

In the position to do so

Importance of budget sheet - can work out profits loss etc

Instant pay? - takes money - how much will it take etc - stripe

Payment before participation

Stella to look - be able to pay on entrance

Make online entry form on Sussex gym etc or we won’t know who’s paid - see what we can come up with

Some people don’t have access to bank stuff etc

Still have to have BACS option

Is it worth it? - Stella to look

Acro and tumble to be joined together - Nikki to be on the ball with payment etc

Keith retiring at end of March - Stella taking over 1st April

HPF will be more this year as team gym do bi-annual

Could HPF amount go up? AGM proposal

Gym event entries

26th April - Young leaders/judging workshop - timings and venue tbc - certificate

Put an outline/budget sheet together first

Trampoline just done a judging course, fully funded

Active Sussex - welfare workshop etc - deliver to younger coaches

Still looking for a venue for 4 x 4 - pushed back - could split over two weekends

^ send out to clubs to see how many people in each level

Volunteering and shadowing at county events

Still need qualifications to judge at events - for regional you need to do the workshop before judging

Woking had sorted out things for comps - can join us next year and maybe a couple of other smaller Surrey clubs for lower levels - invitational for Sussex

Sign something on entry form or something?

Have sanctions in parent code of conduct etc - e.g three strikes - BG will back you more easily
